Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (such as fresh harvest and certain pantry items), we cannot accept returns on all items. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once your return calculation or issue report is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at pallueiroffficial@gmail.com.
